½ cup jaggery powder (organic) or grated/chopped jaggery – 85 grams or add as needed. Swap
jaggery with brown sugar, confectioner's sugar (powdered sugar), coconut sugar, or palm sugar adding as needed. 2 to 3 tablespoons water or coconut milk, add as required
